This is an internal State Contract which has been awarded per the Delaware Code, Chapter 96, State Use Law and has been authorized by the State Use Commission. Therefore, this contract is not part of the normal bid process.
 
  • Master Agreement - agreement effective November 15, 2008 through June 30, 2010.

  • Addendum 1 - vendor contact information.
    Effective: November 15, 2008
         
  • Addendum 2 - price changes to Appendix B, pages 8 and 10. The new pricing is effective immediately.
