- Route 1 South and follow to Route 113 South
- Slight right at US-113 South
- Continue south on Route 113 for approximately 21 miles
- Make a U-Turn to the Georgetown Division of Motor Vehicles
(Including: Ellendale and Kent County)
- Route 13 South
- Bear to the left onto Route 113 South at Route 113/13 split (in Dover)
- Bear to the right onto Route 113 South at the Route 1/113 split
- Continue south on Route 113 for approximately 21 miles to Georgetown
- Make a U-Turn to the Georgetown Division of Motor Vehicles
From the South:
(Including: Millsboro, Frankford and Selbyville)
- Route 113 North
- Proceed on Route 113 North through Selbyville, Frankford and Millsboro to Georgetown
- Travel approximately 7 miles from Millsboro to the Georgetown Division of Motor Vehicles.
From the East:
(Including: Rehoboth and Lewes)
- Take Route 1 (toward Route 9)
- Take Route 9 West (toward the Georgetown Circle)
- Turn Right onto the Georgetown Circle
- Turn Right onto West Market Street (the 2nd exit on the traffic circle)
- Turn left at Dupont Blvd South
(Route 113)
- Make a U-Turn to the Georgetown Division of Motor Vehicles.
From the West:
(Including: Seaford)
- Route 13 (toward Route 9)
- Take Route 9 East
- Turn Right onto Route 113 South
- Travel approximately 2 miles on Route 113 South
- Make a U-Turn to the Georgetown Division of Motor Vehicles.
