FLEET SERVICES - HERMAN HOLLOWAY CAMPUS

 

Accessibility: Delaware Health and Social Services(DHSS) Herman M. Holloway, Sr. campus is located in New Castle, Delaware in New Castle County. It is easily accessible from many major highways including: I-95, I-295, I-495, Route 13, Route 40 and Route 141.
Driving Directions: From the North
(Including: North Wilmington, Philadelphia and Northern New Jersey)
  1. I-95 South
  2. I-295 North
  3. Route 13 North (First exit on the left)
  4. Make a U-turn at the second available U-turn lane (on the left)
  5. Turn right into DHSS Herman M. Holloway, Sr. Campus at the first light.
- OR -
  1. I-95 South
  2. I-495 South
  3. Route 13 South (exit 1 or DuPont Parkway)
  4. Turn Right into DHSS Herman M. Holloway, Sr. Campus at 4th light (just before I-95 and I-495 junction)

From the North
(Including: The City of Wilmington)
  1. Route 13 South
  2. Turn right into DHSS Herman M. Holloway, Sr. Campus at light just before I-95 and I-495 junction

From the Southwest
(Including: Western New Castle County and Maryland)
  1. I-95 North
  2. I-295 North
  3. Route 13 North (First exit on the left)
  4. Make a U-turn at the second available U-turn lane (on the left)
  5. Turn right into DHSS Herman M. Holloway, Sr. Campus at the first light.


From the South
(Including: Southern New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties, Delaware)
  1. Route 1 North
  2. Route 13 North
  3. Make a U-turn at the second available U-turn lane (on the left) after crossing under the I-295 overpass
  4. Turn right into DHSS Herman M. Holloway, Sr. Campus at the first light.

From the East
(Including: Southern New Jersey)
  1. I-295 South (Delaware Memorial Bridge)
  2. Route 13 North (Third exit on the right)
  3. Make a U-turn at the second available U-turn lane (on the left)
  4. Turn right into DHSS Herman M. Holloway, Sr. Campus at the first light.

Parking: Parking is available on the Herman Holloway campus. Fleet Services is located by following the circle and turning onto the South Loop. The T Building is on the left.
