The division is part of the Office of Management and Budget and is comprised of seven units, each with specific services to offer state agencies, the public, or both. Messenger Services, Printing and Publishing Office, Copier Management, Fleet Services, and the Contracting Unit offer services to state agencies. Delaware Helpline, Surplus Property and the Federal Food Commodities Program offers services to state agencies, school districts, non-profit agencies and the public.
