Eligibility Requirements
There are no eligibility requirements for State property. However, State law requires that we advertise available property for purchase to State agencies and volunteer fire companies for a two-week period. After the two-week period, the property is available to be sold to the general public. See a copy of our Flowchart so that you can better understand our process.

Invitation's to Bid
Surplus Services sells large equipment type items for State Agencies. All items to be sold by Delaware Surplus Services through Invitation to Bid, can be found on the Division's Bid Solicitations page.
