All information collected will remain confidential and will be forwarded to the appropriate agency.

A letter is written by the Fleet Administrator and sent to the Department Head who supervises the driver, requesting an investigation and written response. Complaints are taken seriously and have resulted in discipline up to and including, termination of employment. Since these investigations are personnel actions, names will not be revealed. Some investigations can take up to a month or more, depending on circumstances.
