Agency Vehicle Turn In

Surplus Services is now accepting vehicle turn-ins at the Mid-Del lot.

We will be receiving vehicles Monday - Friday from 9am-2pm at the Mid-Del Distribution Center.
You must contact the Surplus office (302-836-7640) to schedule prior to turn-in so we know when to expect you.

Please remember:

  • A completed Title must accompany vehicle, or have been received by Surplus Services prior to turn in.
  • A completed Vehicle Turn in form, noting actual mileage at time of turn-in and any mechanical defects, should be placed on the dash of vehicle.
  • All License Tags, Agency/District decals, Agency/District names, and EZ-Pass transponders should be removed from vehicle prior to turn-in to Surplus Services.
