Confidentiality of data is respected by the State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget, Government Support Services. Information Collected

When you visit the Government Support Services website, your web browser may automatically send some basic information to us. This information will be used solely to help us make our site more useful to visitors, to learn about the number of visitors to our site and the types of technology they use. E-Mail

You may choose to provide us with personal information, as in e-mail with a comment or question. This information is used to improve our service to you or to respond to your request. Sometimes we share your e-mail with other State employees who may be better able to help you, and this staff may be employed by a different agency within the State. By law, we cannot share this information with individuals (including state employees) that do not require it as a normal part of their official duties. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations or, as required by law, we do not share our e-mail with any other entities without your consent.

We use your e-mail to respond appropriately. This may be to respond to you, to address issues you identify, to further improve our website, or to forward the e-mail to another agency for appropriate action. Once the issue or concern that is raised via e-mail is resolved, this information will not be retained unless required by state law or agency regulation.

Public Disclosure

The information collected at the Government Support Services’ website will remain confidential to the extent permitted by State and Federal law. What is a Cookie?

Exactly what does a cookie do?

Security

For website security purposed and to ensure that his service remains available to all users, the State of Delaware’s computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals possible conduct of criminal activity, system personnel may provide evidence of such monitoring to law enforcement officers.

The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget, Government Support Services provides links to other governmental agencies within the State of Delaware, the Federal government and other government agencies.
