Purpose Provides data to conduct driver license checks for Insurance Risk Office and/or authorizes an employee to use a Fleet Services vehicle.

All State Agencies regardless of vehicle ownership except the Governor’s Office and Law Enforcement*

*Law Enforcement customers of Fleet Services must contact the Fleet Administrator for specific instructions and must submit a form.

Title 29, Delaware Code, §7106

Purpose Allows an employee to commute between the duty station and their house or alternate location on a daily, rotational or other basis.
